CareOne at Parsippany (SNF) is hiring an RN Shift Supervisor for the 11 PM–7 AM shift in Parsippany, NJ. This full-time role oversees nursing activities during the tour and serves as Administration's representative in their absence.

Qualified candidates will hold an RN license (or enrolled in an RN program) with 1+ year of supervisory experience in a health care setting. Our facility offers comprehensive healthcare benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in nursing or enrolled RN program and pursuing licensure.
• 1+ year experience as a supervisor in a hospital or long-term care facility.

Salary range: $44.00-$62.00

The RN Supervisor will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Responsible for the day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects of nursing activities of the facility during her/his tour of duty.
• Assure that State and Federal Regulations as well as Facility Policy and Procedures are adhered to and the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
• Serve as Administration's representation in the facility in the absence of the Director of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Nursing and the Administrator.
• Delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out his/her assigned duties.

Position Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or and accredited RN program is preferred. or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and currently enrolled in an approved RN program and actively pursuing an RN Licensure.
• 1+ year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.
• Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN
