• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-time hires
• Salary Range: $51.00 - $53.00/hr (includes a $5 shift differential)

The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately. Offers will consider factors such as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all nursing personnel and related functions on a specific shift
• Assess staffing and resident needs; direct care accordingly
• Work primarily with an adult geriatric population
• Serve as a role model through provision of safe, effective, and efficient nursing care; supervise clinical aspects of nursing
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department
• Coordinate with others to ensure efficient unit operations
• Seek opportunities for personal growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain clinical competency

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license issued in Maryland
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• 1-3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills a plus
• Experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility
• Current CPR license required
