The I/O-Team Lead role provides training support services for the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC), which carries out medical instruction and skill validation for the 68W Combat Medic in accordance with accepted medical practices established by the US Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) Directorate of Simulation Directorate (DOS) under the Combat Medic Sustainment Division (CMSD).

The I/O-Team Lead provides training support services for MSTC, conducting medical instruction and skill validation for the 68W Combat Medic, following established medical practices.
The role involves instructing a mixed population of soldiers across all MOSs in classroom, simulation lab, and field settings. Normal working hours are Monday through Sunday, 0800 - 1700, excluding Federal Holidays, with up to 40 hours per week and a one-hour unpaid lunch.
The I/O-Team Lead will conduct training with approved POIs and simulation scenarios, including courses like MEDIC, BLS, ALS, PALS, EMT, NRP, and tactical life support, among others.
This role involves classroom, lab, and field work, requiring physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, and perform various physical activities. ACLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to diversity and nondiscrimination.
