Qualifications

• Must hold RN licensure in the state of practice or compact state (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• 2+ years post-graduate acute care hospital experience preferred.
• 2+ years medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel, management, and coordination of nursing services for the scheduled shift.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and therapeutic patient care in alignment with hospital policies.
• Coordinate with other shifts for continuity of care and assume leadership in absence of others.
