Job summary

Chicago Ridge SNF is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will organize and assign shifts, administer medications, and ensure residents receive high-quality care.

You will perform rounds, monitor Care Plans, update plans, and collaborate with physicians to implement orders. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Illinois RN license, can supervise staff, and has strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with Illinois RN license.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Organize and assign all nursing duties on your shift.
• Administer medications and care for residents on your wing.
• Make daily rounds to ensure Care Plans are followed and assess status.
• Update Care Plans every 30–90 days as needed.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Record and chart all resident care and treatments.
• Receive or place physician calls and transcribe orders.
