Job summary

The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood life plan community, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Health Center Team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, guided by our philosophy of person-directed care, and ensure a safe, healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications include an active Arizona RN license and CPR certification; prior skilled nursing or senior care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates nursing care provided to all residents and includes residents in decision making processes
• Engages residents in participation in daily activities matching their rhythm of daily life
• Assesses resident needs at admission and monitors condition throughout stay, promoting independence while complying with regulations and safety procedures
• May lead and direct care partners by providing support, encouragement, and direction as appropriate
