The ideal candidate will have an active RN license and will supervise administrative and operational functions while ensuring high-quality care for all residents.

The role involves planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating Senior Living services, budgeting, and maintaining strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Experience planning and evaluating senior living services.
• Experience managing senior living or assisted living operations.

Responsibilities

• Establishes policies and procedures per regulations.
• Assesses eligibility for assisted living apartments.
• Ensures safety and corrective action in buildings.
• Plans and maintains an operations budget.
• Coordinates apartment rentals, check-ins/check-outs, rent collections.
• Maintains positive resident/tenant relations and communications.
• Oversees HUD regulations for The Living Center (Moorhead Campus).
• Develops work schedules for apartment direct reports.
• On-call after hours and weekends on rotation.
