Bishop Gadsden Episcopal Retirement Community on James Island, SC is seeking an RN-Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care to residents through compassionate, professional interactions in a welcoming and flexible environment. This full-time role requires SC RN licensure and a commitment to excellence in senior care.
Responsibilities include assessing residents, administering medications, supervising staff, updating records, and ensuring safety.
Formación
- Must be licensed by the State of South Carolina in good standing.
- Ability to administer IV medications as instructed by physician.
- CPR certification required; ensure current status.
- Demonstrates professionalism and clinical skills.
- Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate clearly.
Responsabilidades
- Care for residents with careful assessment and timely action.
- Provide total nursing care and maintain accurate resident records.
- Supervise unit staff and assign tasks to meet resident needs.
- Administer medications per procedures and document administration.
- Support resident participation in unit activities and life enrichment.
- Collaborate with Charge Nurse to monitor staff performance.
