Qualifications

• Active SC LPN license in good standing.
• Experience supervising CNAs or care staff.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care, medication administration, and clinical documentation.
• Partner with residents, families, physicians, and care teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Lead and support CNAs through supervision, coaching, and orientation of new staff.
• Foster resident engagement while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
