The ideal candidate holds a South Carolina LPN license, has at least one year in assisted living or long-term care, and excels in leadership, communication, and EMR proficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.

Formación

• Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing.
• At least 1 year experience in assisted living/long-term care.
• Experience with EMR and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily leadership and support to nursing and direct care staff.
• Oversee admissions, rounds, assessments, and care planning with physicians and families.
• Ensure timely documentation, medication administration, and regulatory compliance.
