*Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Grapevine* *Position:* RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit * Seasonal Nights; 13 week contract - 1st week of full orientation, then 3-12 hour shifts per week *Patient Population: *Medical, Surgical, Neuro, Cardiac *Shift:* PRN, Nights, 7p-7a *Patient Ratios: *1:2 *Number of Beds: *20 beds *Department Specifics: *Level II Trauma, Primary Stroke Center, Thrombectomy Capable, 24/7 Intensivist coverage, Strong collaboration with ICU Physicians/Surgeons, Committees/Unit Based Council, Furthering Education-Nurse Practitioner, CRNA, etc. Excellent culture of teamwork, learning and safety. *Required Experience: *** PRN **Candidates must have (2) two-plus years current/very recent ICU experience that includes neuro/medical critical care and currently skilled in patients requiring CRRT, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator and line management.* * *About Us* At Baylor Scott & White Health, we support everyone's well-being. Monitor patient progress is also vital. Your knowledge will help patients navigate the healthcare system safely, reducing complications.
