Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
- RN license is required.
- BLS certification required.
- PALS certification preferred.
- NRP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Follows infection prevention precautions and medication safety policies.
- Develops and implements individualized plans of care.
- Communicates with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team.
- Manages staff workflow and ensures unit performance audits.
