Responsibilities

• Prepares progress notes using EPIC documentation tools for history, ROS, exam, and plan.
• Ensures health maintenance and immunizations are up to date.
• Rooms and prepares patient for examination, reviews histories, allergies, meds, reason for visit, and takes vitals.
• Per standing orders, administers injections and collects specimens for lab testing; performs phlebotomy as needed.
• Provides test results as directed by the provider.
• Documents encounter thoroughly in required sections; includes education, orders, meds, referrals, and follow-up.
