Job summary

St. Catherine's School in Richmond, VA seeks a committed and compassionate School Nurse for a full-time, 10-month schedule. The Nurse will work with Lower, Middle, and Upper School teams, manage medications, and support student health and wellness.

Responsibilities include assessing injuries, coordinating with families, teaching health education, and upholding equity and belonging initiatives within a faith-based campus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate nursing degree.
• RN license in Virginia.
• CPR Certification.
• Ability to become MAT trainer.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat student injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborate with Lower School administration to monitor attendance and follow up with parents.
• Work with Middle/Upper School Nurse to track illness trends.
• Administer and manage medications for students.
• Record clinic visit notes and support return-to-school protocols.
• Teach Health education and coordinate with staff on access, equity, and belonging initiatives.
