Alpine Valley Post Acute & Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and part-time roles in a 105-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in PA. The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, administer medications, and ensure care plans align with standards and physician orders.

The role requires an active PA RN license and BLS, with benefits including tuition reimbursement, health plans, a 401(k) match, shift differentials, and EAP resources.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered PA RN license.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician's plan and written care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per the POC.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing standards.
