Corewell Health in Troy, MI, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room to support a high-volume robotic program and diverse specialties. The role follows the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge, delivering patient-family-centered care under Nurse Leader guidance.

Qualifications include an RN license in Michigan, Associates or Bachelors in Nursing, and BLS. OR circling/scrubbing experience is preferred; 40-hour work week with shift variability.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing required.
• Bachelors in Nursing required within 5 years.
• Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have NCLEX licensure and acute care experience.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
• Specialty Certification highly recommended within 2 years.
• 1+ years of acute care RN experience preferred.
• OR circulating and scrubbing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The RN uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge.
• Provide professional nursing care under the Nurse Leader with patient-family-centered care.
• Develop teaching strategies for patient and family and document education in the health record.
