Job summary

Select Source International is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator for a 13-week assignment in Jackson, MI. The RN will coordinate and deliver perioperative patient care, develop care plans, and document nursing actions across the perioperative experience.

Qualifications include 2+ years OR circulating experience, Level II+ Trauma OR, robotics experience, orthopedic trauma and neuro experience, Michigan RN license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years OR circulating experience required.
• Experience in a Level II or higher Trauma OR required.
• Robotics experience is required.
• Orthopedic Trauma experience required.
• Neuro experience required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills.
• Ability to formulate and implement effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient care throughout the perioperative experience.
• Develop and implement appropriate nursing care plans.
• Provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care.
• Communicate pertinent patient and family information effectively to the healthcare team.
• Identify variances from patient goals and participate in developing and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
