Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• 5 years healthcare operations or clinical experience required.
• 5 years healthcare risk management or patient safety preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Risk Management in managing department operations and coordinating with physicians and legal counsel.
• Review incident reports and malpractice case reviews to identify risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary reviews and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on patient safety trends for leadership committees.
• Educate staff on hospital risk management and liability issues.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to reduce patient harm and improve outcomes.
• Support Just Culture and high reliability goals across the organization.
