Job summary

HCA Florida Memorial Hospital is seeking an RN Risk Manager to support the hospital’s legal operations and risk management initiatives. The role involves independent judgment on significant matters, analysis of variance reports, and prioritizing responses to incidents.

You will coordinate grievance and device recall procedures in line with federal/state laws and corporate policy, driving education and risk reduction activities across the organization.

Qualifications

• RN license required; BSN or higher preferred.

The Risk Manager performs office work directly related to the hospital's legal operations and includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance to the hospital. Highly significant process and project oversight requiring sound judgement and independent hospital risk management decision making include but are not limited to: Analysis of variance reports, independent categorization of severity and prioritization for response, investigation, and follow-up in a timely manner.
