Health First is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct and indirect patient care, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, care coordination, and patient and family engagement.

Minimum qualifications include an ASN or Nursing Diploma and Florida RN licensure with BLS; BSN and specialty certification are preferred. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and EMR proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Requires ASN or Nursing Diploma and Florida RN licensure or endorsement.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card prior to start date.
• Preferred: BSN and national specialty certification (e.g., CCRN, CMSRN, CEN).
• Proficiency with EMR systems and patient documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect patient care following the nursing process.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, document care per policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for rounds and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families using teach-back for engagement and safe transitions.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
