Health First is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct and indirect patient care within a collaborative team. The RN will adhere to the nursing process, promote evidence-based outcomes, coordinate care, and engage patients and families.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation in EMR, participation in rounds and discharge planning, and ongoing quality improvement. Florida RN licensure and BLS are required, with preferred BSN and specialty certifications welcomed.

Qualifikationen

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• State RN licensure in Florida or endorsement.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card prior to start date.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP/NIHSS or unit-specific certifications may be required.
