• Associate degree in Nursing or diploma of Nursing required.
• BSN in progress and/or BSN within five years of hire.
• Six months or more nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• Must learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, and maintain accountability and teamwork.
