Intermountain Health's Lutheran Hospital Resource Pool in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, seeks experienced RNs to provide flexible, cross‑unit support across inpatient and procedural areas. Eligible candidates will hold an active RN license in their state, must have a BSN, and possess BLS. The role offers full-time scheduling with day or night options and a 10% resource pool

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state; compact license transfer within 60 days of start.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• BSN required; degree will be verified.
• If RN has <12 months experience, BSN must be obtained within 4 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across diverse patient populations and settings.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per policies and evidence-based practices.
• Document patient assessments and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions.
