Job summary

Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional, evidence-based patient care in a 40-hour work week with a competitive hourly rate. Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Collaboratively develop individualized plan of care with patient, family and team involvement.
• Implement: Directs care coordinating with interdisciplinary team and manages time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate: Reassesses and revises plan based on patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Professionalism: Complies with standards, maintains documentation, and upholds licensure requirements.
