Job summary

Southcoast Health System, Inc. in Fall River, MA, is seeking an RN Resource Nurse for 36 hours weekly. The night shift runs 7:15 pm to 7:15 am with weekend and holiday rotation, at Charlton Memorial Hospital.

You will coordinate clinical and non-clinical care activities, supervise staff, and support orientation for new hires, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality patient care. Requirements include a BSN, MA RN licensure, BLS, and influenza/COVID vaccination or approved exemption.

Qualifications

• BSN required or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience in an appropriate setting (ICU preferred).
• Active MA RN license and BLS certification.
• Must be fully vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and non-clinical care activities under supervision.
• Provide guidance and coordinate orientation for new staff.
• Manage staffing levels and assignments as directed.

We are searching for a talented RN Resource Nurse

Hours: 36hrs

Shift: Night shift, 7:15pm - 7:15am with weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities

Under direction of Director, Manager, Patient Care or Designee perform a variety of duties involving the coordination of both clinical and non-clinical care activities including but not limited to staff assignments, staffing levels, etc. Provide guidance, support and coordinate orientation of all new staff members.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of three years clinical experience in an appropriate setting, i.e.ICU is required.

• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to exempt yourself from vaccination once hired.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $47.61 - USD $87.42 /Hr.
