Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking an RN Resource Nurse for the night shift at Charlton Memorial Hospital, Fall River, MA. The role involves coordinating clinical and non-clinical care activities, staff assignments, and orientation for new staff.

The position requires a BSN, 3+ years ICU experience, MA RN licensure, and BLS; influenza and COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption are required. Night shift hours are 7:15pm–7:15am with weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of three years ICU or equivalent clinical experience.
• Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
• BLS certification required.
• Must be vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19 or eligible for exemption with signed statement.

Hours: 36hrs

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of three years clinical experience in an appropriate setting, i.e. ICU is required.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID‑19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to exempt from vaccination once hired.

Responsibilities

Under direction of Director, Manager, Patient Care or designee, perform a variety of duties involving the coordination of both clinical and non‑clinical care activities including but not limited to staff assignments, staffing levels, etc. Provide guidance, support and coordinate orientation of all new staff members.

Compensation

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
