Sign-On Bonus Eligible - $20,000 for a Full-Time Night-Shift Acute Care RN position*
*Candidates must be external applicants with at least 1 year of Registered Nurse experience to qualify for the sign-on bonus. A 2-year commitment to ProMedica is required to receive the bonus.
ProMedica is adopting a new tiered-model structure for its nursing staff, including full-time, part-time, and per-diem roles. This model offers more flexible work options, promotes staff development, improves patient care, and helps fill staffing gaps across hospitals.
Depending on the Tier, RNs may float within one or all hospitals in the resource pool, providing care that requires specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills based on biological, physical, behavioral, social, spiritual/cultural, and nursing sciences. RNs operate within the full scope of nursing practice as defined by the Board of Nursing in their practicing state, complying with hospital accrediting bodies.
