Sign-On Bonus Eligible - $20,000 for a Full-Time Night-Shift Acute Care RN position*
*Candidates must be external applicants with at least 1 year of Registered Nurse experience to qualify for the sign-on bonus. A 2-year commitment to the organization is required to receive the bonus.
ProMedica is implementing a new tiered-model structure for full-time, part-time, and per-diem nurses. This resource pool model offers more flexible work options, encourages staff development, improves patient care, and addresses staffing needs within our hospitals.
Depending on the tier, Registered Nurses are expected to float within one or all of the hospitals in the resource pool. They will provide nursing care to individuals and groups, utilizing knowledge, judgment, and skills from biological, physical, behavioral, social, spiritual/cultural, and nursing sciences. Nurses function within the full scope of practice as defined by the Board of Nursing in their practicing state, complying with hospital accreditation standards.
