Sign-On Bonus Eligible - $20,000 for a Full-Time Night-Shift Acute Care RN position*
*Candidates must be external applicants with at least 1 year of Registered Nurse experience to qualify for the sign-on bonus. A 2-year commitment to the organization is required to receive the bonus.
ProMedica is implementing a new tiered-model structure for full-time, part-time, and per-diem nurses. This resource pool model offers more flexible work options, encourages staff development, enhances patient care, and addresses staffing needs within the hospitals.
Depending on the Tier, the Registered Nurse may float within one or all hospitals in the resource pool. They will provide nursing care to individuals and groups, requiring specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills based on biological, physical, behavioral, social, spiritual/cultural, and nursing sciences. The RN operates within the full scope of nursing practice as defined by the Board of Nursing in their state, along with compliance with hospital accrediting bodies.

Education: The RN must complete 24 contact hours of continuing education during licensure, including at least 1 hour related to Chapter 4723 of the Ohio nurse practice code and rules.
Experience: Minimum 1 year as an acute care RN
License: Valid state license as a Registered Nurse
Certification: Current CPR certification; additional specialty certifications as required
