Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing or BSN with NCLEX RN pass.
• Three years of clinical experience in behavioral health, primary care, or related clinical areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication management processes for residential clients, ensuring medications are coordinated, administered, documented, and monitored safely and accurately.
• Provide training and oversight related to medication administration and develop staff competency.
• Support regulatory compliance, improve medication-related workflows, and ensure consistent practices across residential programs.
