Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on the night shift in Exeter, NH. You will provide professional nursing care, coordinate care planning with multidisciplinary teams, and support patient education and discharge planning.

Key requirements include NH RN license (compact states accepted), BCLS within 30 days, ACLS within 1 year, and BSN preferred. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• RN license – NH state or any other compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire; BSN strongly preferred
• ACLS certified or within 1 year of hire
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within assigned unit.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Mentoring/teaching and precepting new staff.
• Perform physical assessments and document findings accurately.
• Prioritize patient care and manage multiple demands on shift.
• Communicate effectively during handoffs and discharge planning.
