Job summary

Clement Manor is seeking a registered nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a faith-based community offering independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long-term care services.

The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and monitor resident health while collaborating with a supportive team. Part-time, first shift (6:45am-3:15pm) includes every other weekend and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• RN license in Wisconsin.
• Passion for providing quality, person-centered care.
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and facility policies.
• Foster a culture of respect and dignity while interacting with residents, family, and staff.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident health and provide timely documentation and communication.
