Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing.
• Demonstrated compassion and resident-centered care approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents according to physician orders and nursing standards of practice.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate residents' physical, emotional, and clinical conditions.
• Notify physicians and family of significant changes and implement interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and IV therapy safely.
• Collaborate with physicians during rounds.
• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality care and policy compliance.
• Ensure nursing documentation is complete and timely.
• Participate in shift report to promote continuity of care.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life at all times.
