Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.

May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks; the role requires licensure and a Bachelor’s degree, with a focus on quality care in a not-for-profit Christian environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Licensed RN in state of practice or multistate licensure (NLC) if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, resident education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
