Marquis Companies is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Resident Care Manager (RCM) for our Oregon facilities. You will coordinate resident assessments (MDS) and ensure care plans meet current regulations, working with physicians, care teams and families.

As an RCM you’ll supervise care through the Charge Nurse, CNAs and Medication Nurse, delivering high-quality life-enhancing care for residents. We offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills.
• 2–3 years experience as an RN is required.
• RNs with long-term care experience and Nurse Supervisor experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and completion of resident assessments (MDS) per regulations.
• Coordinate with physicians, healthcare providers, and facility teams.
• Manage resident care through the Charge Nurse, CNA, and Medication Nurse.
