Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days of hire as required by department.
• TNCC, PEARS within 1 year of hire as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate, and delegate nursing functions across the lifespan.
• Utilize the nursing process for care and health teaching.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement medical regimens.
• Contribute to improving quality of care, patient experience, and cost efficiency.
