Marquis Companies is seeking an RN for its Resident Care Manager In-Training Program in the Portland area. This paid, full-time training position leads into a full RCM role within Marquis, coordinating with physicians, NPs, PAs and care teams to manage resident care using the EMR system.

Ideal candidates hold an active Oregon RN license with 1+ year RN experience and supervisory exposure. Long-term care experience is preferred, with strong computer and customer service skills essential to

Competenze

• Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license.
• 1+ year RN experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Passion for working with seniors in a collaborative team.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and other care providers, facility inter-disciplinary teams and residents' families.
• Manage care for residents in collaboration with the Primary Floor Nurse, CNAs and CMAs to meet quality of life and care needs.
• Conduct and coordinate resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with rules, regulations and guidelines, including CAAs.
• Receive extensive hands-on training on Marquis nursing systems and the EMR during the in-training period.

Formazione

Oregon Registered Nurse License

RN experience with supervisory responsibilities

Long-term care experience (preferred)
