Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Oregon RN license.
• 2+ years supervisory RN experience preferred.
• 2+ years Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care experience.
• Experience with MDS/RAI processes preferred.
• Experience as Assistant Director of Nursing or Resident Care Manager is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services operations and ensure quality patient care.
• Coordinate training and development during the In-Training program.
• Lead the Nursing Service Department in compliance with standards and regulations.
