• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.

• Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, reporting changes in status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider and document care in the medical record.
