Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per department standards.
- Assist with admission assessments and documentation in the medical record.
- Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses as ordered.
- Provide patient and family education using clear, accessible language.
- Collaborate with care team to support evidence-based practice projects.
