The RN will contribute to the Mayo Nursing Care Model, participate in orientation, and work in a dynamic team across the care continuum. This opportunity requires MN RN licensure and BLS certification, with a rotating 12-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program.
• Current MN RN License required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care including direct patient care and patient/family education.
• Support professional nursing practice across settings and care continuum.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement and committees as needed.
• Delegate patient care according to skill level, patient acuity and resources.
• Provide leadership through preceptor roles and informal leadership.
