Job summary

Qualifications

• Student or Graduate of a registered nursing program.
• Current MN RN License required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) for Health Care Providers required.
• 1 year of Hospital RN experience preferred.
• Emergency Department RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care including direct patient care and education.
• Support professional nursing practice across settings and care continuum.
• Lead through preceptor roles and quality improvement efforts.
• Delegate patient care according to skill level and resources.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the care team.
