Job summary
HSHS Medical Group in Springfield, IL is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team, with an attractive pathway from extern to licensed RN. This full-time night-shift position (36 hrs/wk) in various units offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for approved units and requires a BSN or nursing accreditation and an active RN license in the state of practice.
multi-state license is acceptable. New graduates are welcome to apply as they can start as a Nurse Extern II during their final semester
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
- Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Experience in healthcare is preferred.
