Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking Winter 2026 graduate nurses to transition into RN roles. You can start as a Nurse Extern II during your last semester and move into an RN position once licensed, with a 36-hour weekly schedule of nights (7pm-7am) at Holy Family Hospital Clinic in Greenville, IL.

A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available, and applicants must not require sponsorship for a visa. RN licensure and BLS are required, with the Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required for licensure in the state of practice.
• RN license in state of practice required; Wisconsin multi-state license allowed per NLC rules.

Responsibilities

• Support the RN extern role during the transition from student to licensed nurse.
• Work a 36-hour week with night shifts (7pm–7am) in the Medical-Surgical setting.
• Comply with BLS and hospital policies to ensure patient safety and quality care.
