UnityPoint Health – Des Moines is seeking an experienced RN for full-time night shifts (7pm–7:30am) with a rotating schedule every third weekend and holiday. Eligible RNs may receive a limited-time sign-on bonus of $20,000 and relocation assistance for moves over 50 miles.

The Younker 8 unit specializes in respiratory and diverse acute medical care, offering a collaborative environment and opportunities for professional growth through residency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
• Newly licensed nurse or less than 12 months acute RN experience.

Responsabilités

• Function as a Registered Nurse as defined by Iowa Nursing Regulations and ANA Code.
• Provide nursing care for patients and families within UnityPoint Health-Des Moines’ Professional Nurse Practice Model.
• Participate in RN Residency program and collaborate with care teams.
