Job summary

This structured program provides clinical training, mentorship, and hands-on practice to help you begin your RN career with confidence. Participants rotate across units and receive monthly learning, simulation-based sessions, and dedicated preceptorship support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN).
• RN license in state of practice or ability to obtain by start date.
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Assess: Perform comprehensive patient assessments and gather data from multiple disciplines.
• Plan: Develop individualized care plans with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Implement: Coordinate and deliver care with time and resource management.
• Evaluate: Monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Professionalism: Demonstrate ethical practice and accurate documentation.
