Qualifications

• Graduate Nurse with a Temporary Practice Permit or licensed as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license (NLC).
• Graduated within one year of cohort start date.
• AHA BLS required before end of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a designated patient group.
• Remain on one unit for the full year of the Residency and participate in all learning opportunities.
