Qualifications

• Graduate Nurse with a Temporary Practice Permit or licensed as RN in the state of employment.
• Graduated within one year of the cohort start date.
• AHA BLS certification required prior to end of orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a year-long residency on a single unit while learning and growing in patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a designated group of patients.
