Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire in step-down and ICU areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and educational needs.
• Develop personalized care plans with patient and family.
• Implement evidence-based nursing interventions and document care.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care accordingly.
• Participate in leadership, PI initiatives, and mentoring peers.
