Residents develop clinical judgment, communication skills and readiness for independent practice through precepted orientation and structured learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current GA RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate RN license.
• BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care activities of assigned staff.
